    I'm Gigi Fontenot, a proud Louisiana native and children's book author who brings , Cajun stories, food, and fun to life.  My books are perfect for kids ages 4-8 and celebrate the culture, traditions, and heart of the South.

    Join Bootsy the Cajun Pitbull on her bayou adventures, holiday celebrations, and playful moments - from egg pocking at Easter to crawfish boils on the 4th of July.  Whether you're from the South or just discovering Cajun culture, my books are full of laughs, love, and local flavor.
